XVI Simpósio dos Pós-Graduandos no CENA/USP
The “XVI Simpósio dos Pós-Graduandos no CENA/USP” took place between October 9th to 10th in our campus. Two members of the lab received prizes for their poster presentations:
Maria Camila Diaz Rodriguez: “ASSOCIAÇÃO ESPACIAL DE TEs COM GENES CODIFICADORES DE CAZymes EM CULTIVARES DE CANA-DE-AÇÚCAR”.
Gabriely Santos de Oliveira: “Anotação genômica de cultivares de cana-de-açúcar utilizando a pipeline GALBA”.
